This is a Shibaura model 2243 tractor, roughly equal to the Ford badged Shibaura built model 1710. It is a three cylinder diesel, the engine was just professionally rebuilt. At time of rebuild, the clutch, pressure plate, clutch bearings, battery and voltage regulator were also replaced. It starts and runs great. It was a 4 wheel drive tractor but had been converted to 2 wheel drive by the previous owner. The loader is included and works as great. It has a 4 speed gear box plus 3 speed gear box and high low range. This translates to 24 speeds forward and 8 speeds reverse.
